About Us:

GREVO Outfitters LLC started in 2008 as I-29 Emergency Vehicle Products, focused on selling quality warning lights and equipment to small town services at affordable prices. I-29 EVP was founded by Robb Price, a firefighter EMT and Tyler Lupkes, a paramedic dispatcher. Within the first year it was apparent that there were plenty of options for light and equipment sales but a gap for quality installation, and repair services. I-29 EVP began to install the equipment they sold as well as installation and repair of equipment provided by the local departments. By coming to the customer for the repairs and installation this greatly reduced customer downtime and overtime costs. While working full time jobs Robb and Tyler provide sales and installation services for the first four years of business. Eventually Tyler, who was primarily the equipment sales side, left to pursue other ventures in Minnesota. Robb, who was the sole installer, continued the business with a total focus on full upfit installation, service, and repair while leaving out the equipment sales side.

In 2017 a new specialty of the business became increasingly popular. On site retrofit was at a high demand and fit perfectly into GREVO Outfitters current system of onsite repair. Departments who wanted to add or replace things like computer, video or radar systems in their entire fleet were able to without the logistics of getting their whole fleet to a local installer that could be hours away. By bringing the proper equipment and experience to the customer, on site installations could be done in hours instead of days and week long time frames.

Spring of 2019 Robb transitioned to focus full time on the business and rebranded to represent the focus of their services. With the new name GR-Emergency Vehicle Outfitters (GREVO for short), grew rapidly. GREVO’s focus is providing the correct solutions to fit the customers needs in a timely manner. While some upfitters may take weeks and months for a full upfit, once GREVO takes delivery of a new police car, customers can expect it back ready for service in approximately one week. GREVO still provides high quality and timely on site vehicle retrofit services with some contracts involving hundreds of vehicles retrofitted with equipment in weeks time, not months.

Robb is primarily self taught on installation services but works closely with manufactures to increase knowledge and ensure accurate reliable equipment installation. Being able to grow with the industry from halogen lightbars and simple switch boxes to LED’s and computer programming has provided GREVO with the experience and knowledge to provide premier services. GREVO now has four staff members who are honing their expertise to continue the quality installations demanded by our customers.
